Claire Jariss Manlapas, freelance stylist and MUA, 19 years of age, currently taking up Multimedia Arts in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

On being a MUA...
She's been into makeup artistry since high school. Although not formally educated, she does her own makeup for parties, weddings and other events. She has worked for school photo shoots, small fashion shows and school publications. She has been invited to work for weddings and debuts but unfortunately hasn't accepted. She decided to do this professionally after graduating from high school. She plans to undergo formal training to earn a certificate and be a professional makeup artist.

On being a stylist...
She is definitely into fashion. She keeps a fashion blog, fashion firewoman, where she blogs and reblogs her fashion insights and great fashion finds. She follows various shoe blogs and keeps herself updated through research and of course, magazines. She started styling for her friends' shoots until she got invited to style for an online reality show, then she decided to pursue it as work. She plans of taking up fashion design after college and dreams of becoming an established stylist.
